  1. i tried this today. my heart rate is still running!!! I'll try this for 7 days and see how much my endurance increases, because I almost died!

  3. Absolutely brutal work out. I did this yesterday and my quads and pecs are still sore. Knee push ups man!! Devil incarnate!

  4. My new goal in life is to be able to complete this workout fully. Today was my first time trying it. I had to modify or take a break. One day I will be able to do it.

  5. I have probably done this workout a dozen times throughout the years I've been with FitnessBlender, and the part where Daniel says "I cannot explain to you how much this is going to … be terrible" always cracks me up so much 🙂
